Ford-RMA Indonesia Dealer Gathering 2018

RMA Indonesia hosted the second Ford Service Partner gathering last week on Yogyakarta. We invited 14 dealer representatives which running 34 Authorized Ford Service and Genuine Parts outlets in Indonesia.

The event’s theme is Re-Awaken, which we believe that after the Ford aftersales business ran last year,this year is our moments to grow our business stronger and keep our customers loyal to Ford Service. Also to have the spirit of awaking the Ford strong brand image and giving best services to customers.

RMA Indonesia presented the Sales Marketing Program and Service operations Program to support the service network in the dealer meeting and then continued with Yogyakarta sightseeing attraction places in Jiwangga restaurant and Tebing Breksi.

In the evening, RMA Indonesia organized the Dealer of the Year Awarding Night in Abhayagiri Restaurant. We gave appreciation for our dealers who committed to provide best services and achieved the 2017 target. Hoping that will give more spirits to face 2018 and overcome many challenges ahead.
