The Merdeka Service Program applies to all Ford vehicle models sold in Indonesia and is simultaneously available across the official Ford workshop network in the country.
This program can be directly enjoyed by Ford customers who visit authorized dealerships for regular maintenance. Customers will receive a complimentary interactive inspection of 30 vehicle items, including the engine, interior and exterior parts, suspension and chassis components, brakes, and many more.
through the Ford Merdeka Service Program, customers can avail a 10% discount on service labor charges, making Ford vehicle maintenance more economical and affordable. Moreover, Ford will provide attractive gifts to customers, including options such as free vehicle electrical system scan using the IDS diagnostic tool, free 1-liter engine oil, free 1-piece engine oil filter, and/or free 2 bottles of DOT 4 brake fluid.
